I'm surprised there are cruddy reviews of the service from this place. I called them this morning and immediately reached Kenny the technician. I then texted him a photo of our commercial door lock and he arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did let me know he only works on COMMERCIAL DOORS & GLASS. Just like the title implies. He said he does not "do houses, just Commercial Doors and Glass." I wish people would be a little kinder with their quick reviews. Your expectations not being met are not a reason to give a bad review if the business didn't set those expectations for you. Just saying.
