Hannah Doughty-My first experience lifting was with Hannah, and I could not have asked for a better introduction. She came up with several detailed plans for me to choose from to suit my specific goals and schedule. She gave me thoughtful advice on everything I asked about that would affect my training goals, from nutrition to number of sets and even sleep.Furthermore, Hannah is one of the most encouraging and inspiring people I have met, period. I recently decided to get into better shape after a shoulder surgery and found San Diego Fitness. I started with Jay in early January 2023 and he is a great trainer. I told him about my health issues and he listened and did his own research to better understand my health issues and find exercises that work best for me. He was very willing to work with me and any limitations that I had, which I greatly appreciate. He communicates well and is always willing to answer my questions. He asks for feedback after completing an exercise set and wants to know my thoughts on the amount of weight and reps.
