I have called several times to pay a bill with no answer. Now I got a bill that says that I will be sent to collections! If you would please answer the phone I can pay!

PA Michelle Cote is an amazing provider. I've seen her twice for my derm needs, and she has the best treatment plans with great results. Buyer beware!! The front desk outright told me they never bill insurance (but they still took my insurance info, billed my insurance AND charged me $200 the day of my appointment for treatment instead of asking me to pay my copay). It wasn't until I called their office and asked for my refund that they cut me a check for the money they owed me. The actual doctor (Fred Shahan) and care I received was fine, but the office/business management is poor and I do not recommend.
