I have been working with Eli and James for years. I have two properties in San Diego and they have serviced both over the past 5 years. This time, I had a washer that had a clutch problem. I called James on a Friday and he answered and said he can fix it Monday morning. He gave me a price for parts and labor that was very fair for market standards. I made a deal with James and told him that I would pull the washer out of the laundry room so he could have more space to get to the bottom of the washer. I went shopping this past Saturday for a washer & dryer, new or used in good condition. I started at SD Appliance Warehouse and my shopping was complete. I spoke with Eli, the original owner, now retired, and he showed me some used options. He was knowledgeable, and explained that the set I was interested in (and had previously picked out online at a big box warehouse) had been thoroughly inspected and tested to be running at top performance levels. He guaranteed his products and sold them to me at an outstanding price for the set. He included all new hardware and hoses and provided free delivery. My husband and I moved to San Diego in 2017, and soon after, we purchased a stackable washer and dryer from San Diego Appliance Warehouse. We had a seamless experience back then, with effortless delivery and installation.
Recently, in March 2025, our old stackable--which we bought used from them eight years ago--finally gave out. Considering the great price and the years of use we got from it, we felt it was money well spent.
Because of our positive experience with San Diego Appliance Warehouse in the past, we returned to replace our broken machine. Just as before, the service was excellent, and we were in and out in under twenty... read full review
