We are so happy to have found SDAB! After trying a couple of different ballet studios over the last few years, we know we have stumbled on a gem here. The caliber of training is amazing! Our daughter is being trained in a way we have not seen before. Another thing we love is how organized the studio is, and SDAB has Simone to thank for that. Simone is the Director of Operations and is the cog that ensures everything is running smoothly. She is wonderful and really wants to help your kids succeed and achieve their dancing goals. All of the faculty that we have met has been great and our daughter loves coming to the studio... but it's so much more than that... it's a community.
When my daughter told me she would like to do ballet more seriously I start looking for a new studio for her. We tried a couple of studios. And finally we found SDAB. It took a year for us to find the ONE for her.SDAB has everything we were looking for. Honesty, structure, challenges and extreme care for dancers. I would have never imagined that the director and instructors would be this close to the dancers and care about their individual needs. Especially Ms. Simone is incredible. She is always honest and there for you. When I asked her to talk to my daughter she contacted us right away. We were looking for a new studio. One where the instruction was specific and consistent. A place where growth could be measured and attained with confidence. Transitioning to a new studio is not easy, especially since my daughter had been with her previous one for 12 years. She needed to have her dreams encouraged and understood. And given the reality check of whether she had that ability to pursue a career. No placating or handholding. Truth and honesty. Simone has all of that. The staff at SDAB are top notch.
