Nothing but good things to say about this company and it's employees. My mom who is a senior and lives alone had her furnace go out during the cold weather Nuke was very professional and fast when communicating with me. I could not be present for the diagnosis but he explained it all over the phone and also gave tips on little improvements that could be made to help keep the system running optimal such as not running two air filters for the same unit i would definitely reach out again thank you for the honest and quality repair work.

My furnace was not working, it's quite old and I was afraid I would need a new furnace. Sam came out on a Saturday, late afternoon, and was able to repair it for far less than I anticipated. He didn't leave until the system was up and running around 6:00 p.m. Sam explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and why he doing it. He has the knowledge that comes from working in the field for a long time. Add that to the dependability and honesty, I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend Sam and I will use him again for any future needs.

The fan for my heating system was repaired. While here we had a brief discussion regarding my AC system. Brief yet very informative about all the changes occurring. Late spring I will have him back to quote a new system.
