We had 8:25 am appointment and we were invited inside at 8:30 AM. We saw doctor Lacy at 8:55 AM. In 30 years of going to scripps, Kaiser, sharp etc we have not had such comprehensive medical examination. The doctor started at the top of the head and ask questions about every major organ system, after that she looked at current medicine and adjusted doses, she also send referral to see specialists, ordered multiple tests.She listen carefully and performed her examination. I was so worried going to this clinic because of reviews and I feel bad for everyone who did not have а good experience. But we will be back. Also front desk personnel and nurse were very nice.

AVOID at ALL costs . Nurse practitioners hanging up or disappearing while on the phone to patients with pain and chest pain. Nurses being Irate because they dont agree . Trying to medical gas light patients by handing off to others Offering pain clinics before even been diagnosed. Seriously stay away there Dangerous and do not care too hoots about anyone. Its just a job to tgem . Un professional and utterly disgusting . … just sayin. Stay safe ye all go ELSEWHERE . Where YOUR health Matters.

My primary care doctor sent me a referral here for my eye exam. They kept saying that they had not received even though my doctor and insurance representative ensured me that they have already sent. After making me wait 14 days for the referral to be received, their optometrist now told me she does not accept incoming referrals. Excuse me!! You could have just told me you don't accept referral at the beginning instead of making me wait 14 days.
