I feel like I was ripped off!! About a week ago, I came in for a balayage (blonde highlights) and ended up leaving (4 hours later) with a partial lowlight (no haircut) for $250! The stylist (Valerie) was unfriendly, hardly spoke to me, and left me looking the same as I did when I came in. After she dried my hair (not fully, and no style) I told her I wasn't happy with the results and that it looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in - if not worse. She still charged me. I paid and left. This is by far the most I have ever spent for a highlight let alone a partial highlight. I was so upset when I left that I contacted the owner of the salon the very next day....read full review

Went in for a haircut with Mariel today and needless to say, I'm obsessed. She gave me exactly what I wanted - layers and curtain bangs . She was able to turn my lifeless fine hair into a very 70s boho cool girl rockstar chic. *CHEF'S KISS*. Thanks so much Mariel!! Can't wait for my next appointment!

I got a botch job done at a different salon where my entire head of hair was bleached when I asked for a balayage and needed an urgent fix. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week with Tiff and her assistant, and they literally saved my hair! I thought my hair was wrecked but she made it look beautiful and healthy again. I highly recommend this salon.Services: Balayage
