I just moved to a new place with a pool and the kids couldn't wait to jump into the pool. I reached out to several pool companies via Yelp to first make sure it's swimmable- Matt, the owner, quickly responded to my message and also called me to schedule a next-day appointment. Ian came on time and thoroughly checked our pool's water quality and valves to make sure all is good. Matt and Ian were also very patient to answer our basic pool questions as a new pool owner. We would definitely recommend them for your pool service needs.
Sean and his team at Clear Expectations are a great service team to have in your corner when it comes to keeping your pool in great shape. From my first call until the completion of the job the company maintains a highly professional and well organized approach. They scheduled prompt service, managed the unexpected complexities of the problem, and demonstrated a 'stick-to-it attitude' when it came to the confronting the need to make several trips to insure the job was finished right. Moreover, they went above and beyond as advocates with the pool equiptment company to insure that the pump was replaced without charge under the manufacturer's warranty. Thank you to Sean,...read full review
We did a total pool redo last summer (pool resurfaced, all new equipment and electrical rerouted as well) and these guys were great all around. Matt was a terrific coordinator with top notch communication. Always honest with assessments of what needed to be done and options we had. Pricing was good or better than other quotes I received as well. Also enrolled in their weekly pool service which has been wonderful as well. Anything we need we just talk to the person doing the service or we call and they are always prompt in their responses. mark
