We have a great experience with Spring fka Waffle.

Our elderly cat started having issues a few weeks ago. Our normal vet couldn't see her same day, our backup vet couldn't see her. But they recommended Rose Canyon.

I called Rose Canyon and they got our kitty in right away. All of the staff were so kind. Dr. Hanks saw our cat. He was so empathetic in his care for her. He discussed several different options for next steps of care, but most importantly he cared about her well-being and our concerns of how to best care for her. I have had previous vets who have guilted and pressured for every expensive test they could think of, which isn't always the most compassionate or realistic approach for the well-being of the animal or the human. Especially when it comes to elderly animals.

I was very grateful Dr Hanks was compassionate and didnt pressure or guilt about any of that. He discussed the pressing concerns (an infection), concerns related to aging, and paths we could take for follow up.

My dog had an eye infection on a Sunday. Very few places offer urgent care for animals. However, I found out Rose Canyon Animal Hospital offered this service. The appt., was easy to make. They were friendly and saw him right away. The whole procedure from start to finish was pretty quick. I would definitely recommend Rose Canyon to other pet owners, especially if you have an emergency on a weekend.

Dr Hanks is a very caring and knowledgeable vet. I always request him to treat my not -so-nice feral cat, Taz. He’s calm and Taz responds well with him. Thank you Dr Hanks for taking exceptional care of Taz.

I recently took my dog Sheeva to Rose Canyon Animal Hospital to be spayed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Dr. Hanks and the entire staff were absolutely amazing.

Dr. Hanks is kind, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident about Sheeva’s procedure, answering all my questions with patience and compassion. The staff was so warm and attentive, and I could tell Sheeva was in the best hands possible.

After her surgery, they gave her so much love and made sure I had everything I needed to take care of her at home. She recovered so smoothly thanks to the excellent care she received.

I just lost my dog and am profoundly grateful for the compassion of the people here. A vastly different experience from some other urgent care vets I have been to who just threw a long list of tests at me and urgently tried to get me to spend a lot of money.
