They came to fix our problem the same day. The best part was Daniel the service tech. He was gracious and eager to help. I will use these guys again!

They came on a Sunday when they said they would. Juan V snaked the main line 2 times in the back of house and once in the front. He stayed until the blockage got cleared. Also offered alternative services if we couldn’t get it done that morning later on. He was polite and knowledgeable. The price was fantastic too (59 dollars ). Thankful for the outcome. Highly recommend

Made me wait 3 hours for the technician to arrive who came about and hour after the 2-4 window given to me at the reservation.
But that’s not the real issue for one star. I was booked for $59 drain cleaning service, but the technician wants me to pay $215 instead. The technician basically told me he can’t service for the quoted price and asked me to call the other company instead.
I called their company, the group that helped me with scheduling, and they were also surprised by this.
False advertising and not honoring the quote is the reason for one star for this dishonest company.
