I have been going to Rebecca monthly (or twice a month) for a few years, and don’t plan to change massage therapists anytime soon. My husband and daughter also utilize Rebecca as their only massage therapist. She has strong hands if deep tissue is wanted, a professional space and appointment booking system, and doesn’t talk during the massage unless asked to. Very professional, communicative, and reliable. She is also taking extra classes for trauma-touch/sensitive massage therapy! I cannot recommend highly enough.
I started booking at Restorative Massage a few years ago and keep coming back. Rebecca listens to her clients needs and gives the BEST massage in San Diego. During longer massages, she stretches your body while massaging, which I haven’t experienced elsewhere. It’s amazing. I always leave feeling energized and restored. Her calendar fills up quickly, so I’ve visited other massage therapists when I can’t get in to see Rebecca. Other places DO NOT compare. She just moved locations, and her new office is quiet, clean, and serene. I dislocated my arm a few weeks ago and my shoulder, my back, and neck have been so tight. I went to restorative to get a massage. Rebecca focused on my shoulder and neck for a full hour just working out the knots and getting deep into the muscles. After working on each section, I felt instant relief. She even did some cupping on the same area. After the massage, I felt like my whole body opened up and my arm felt so much looser. I have a physical therapy session the next day and my range of motion increased by 15 degrees. I absolutely recommend going here!
