I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ely at Restoration Solutions. As a Claims Adjuster of 30 years myself, the last thing I wanted to deal with was my own claim. Ely made the process smooth and easy. He was excellent at communicating each step and got some great workers to finish the project. Highly recommend this company.

Kevin Ely and the crew are the consummate professionals. My shop flooded and they walked me thru the whole process and handled every stage of the restoration process beautifully. My shop is good as new. Cant recommend this team enough. Thx guys

WOW! Contractors that exceed expectations! Jim was absolutely amazing....honest, ethical, kind and fun to work with. 98% of the time, he would get back to me when I texted or called within minutes. The other times may have been hours. His communication was spot on. He didn't try to blow smoke up our butts by telling us the work would be done earlier than it was. I believe he gave worse case scenario and then exceeded expectations by being done about 2 weeks earlier than he originally told us. Anyone who has ever hired a contractor knows this is very unusual indeed! Our job was pretty much a complete renovation due to a burst pipe. All new kitchen, floors, painting, etc....read full review
