I was a patient for 5 years. I've NEVER tested positive for anything, except what I was prescribed. All of a sudden my test came back with a narcotic I have NEVER used. I don't smoke anything or drink. I tried to ask for a comfirmitory test. They refused to do any, although I said I'd pay for a hair strand test, to prove I wasn't taking anything. My request was ignored. I used to think they were good. Now I see them for who they are. I only gave a 2 star because the ladies in the front office have been so kind.

I've never experienced a bad visit, a bad procedure, or bad customer service. Sometimes the front desk girls seem stressed but they deal with a lot. Patient's who are in pain aren't exactly the nicest at times, so I can understand. I love Samantha Estes, PA and VanNoord has always been kind, answers my questions and professional. No complaints from me. I have taken myself off my medications many times in my life when my body knew I didn't need them. They allowed me to make the decisions on how I would detox myself to lessen the side effects of withdrawal and never pushed me one way or the other. They worked with me for what worked for me. I have been here for around a year and a half and unfortunately have to move to another state. I have loved being here, every single person has been so kind to me, and I am so thankful for the treatment I have received here and wish I could stay! I can’t thank everyone enough here for the options that were provided and available. I am able to dance a little bit again which was my goal at the beginning. Thank you!
