Unfortunately our experience at this hospital was very bad. It takes my child 2 months or more to see a doctor. This is incredible! When I tried to change this clinic to a civilian one, Tricare refused me 3 times.

My husband and I went in for my sons 4 month appointment, Dr. Jonas Bernal was there for no longer than 6 minutes. He seemed to be in a rush the whole appointment! We brought up how our son has had a cold for about 5 days, runny and stuffy nose along with a cough. The doctor deemed it as a regular cold since the baby had just started daycare. He ran NO tests on our son to make sure it wasnt anything else. We ended up going to the hospital a few days later because the baby was wheezing and just not doing any better, turns out it was RSV! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! DO NOT GO HERE ! If I didn’t follow my gut I would have never known it was RSV.

Staff has always been friendly to me and I see them put up with a lot of cranky folks every time I go there. I try to avoid filling prescriptions during lunch. The staff needs to rotate in order to eat as well so expect longer wait times between 1100 - 1300.
