Chris is the greatest. I came back from a vacation to hot weather and I decided to check the condition of the filter in my HVAC unit. After removing the doors, they would not refit correctly and my unit would not work. Called Reliable Standard who were recommended to me by a neighbor who is a retired contractor here in Rancho Bernardo. On a Saturday morning, Chris answered the phone, which in itself is special. I used reliable in 2019 for new AC in my condo, And called them again when my son's home had an AC unit go out. In both cases they beat the Dickens out of the competition price wise, did very prompt and good quality installation I will recommend them to everyone, and thanks guys
I reached out because my 3rd and 1st floors are cooling but my 2nd floor is not.
We got on the phone and I was able to understand that the issue was a common issue with building designs when my condo was built. I was given two recommendations, one that could cost $1,200 and the other a DIY solution for around $60.
