Dan Recob has provided excellent property management support for my 3 rental units. I am a small landlord, and was referred to Dan by a tenant/landlord attorney when I decided I simply wasn’t able to continue to manage the rental homes by myself because of all the new laws regarding tenants’ rights. Dan navigates this beautifully and frees me to enjoy life, NOT being a “working landlord”, just a person enjoying the fruits that property ownership provides.
Dan took over as our landlord a few months into our lease because our previous one was a disaster. He helped us out a lot, re-did our kitchen over Christmas break, and got us a new washer and dryer. He was easy to communicate with and made my roommates and I’s first experience renting a place very easy.
Working with Dan and Recob Real Estate Services has been nothing but smooth sailing. He has shown incredible professionalism in not only his knowledge, but also his organization and attentiveness to my concerns in managing my property and finding the perfect tenant.
