I came here for postnatal abdominal therapy with Karrina, and it was the ultimate postpartum self care experience. I wasn’t expecting the incredible massage to start. Highly recommend!

I met with Eri the other day and had the most amazing post natal massage. She took the time to understand my situation and concerns and then focused on those areas during the massage. I also did the Milky Way add on since I have struggled with production and I will say that the most I have ever produced during a single pump has been 8 oz's- for a first morning session when I am full. The day after my massage and Eri releasing tension on my right side, I produced 11 ounces since my right side kept up with the left! sooo amazing!!! I had the pleasure of having Rebecca do my prenatal massage words can not even describe how amazing it was the aroma therapy the warm stones and heated table amazing view and music everything I needed and more!!!
