Great experience so far working with RayneWater. I got quotes from several companies around San Diego. Donnie from RayneWater is the only one who took the time to listen to what I was looking for first before recommending a system. He explained everything in detail, was upfront about the costs, and explained the entire process so that I understood everything. I can't say the same about the other guys that gave me quotes. Even though Rayne was priced a higher, the level of quality and customer service is what sold me.

I recently had Rayne Water come out to reinstall a reverse osmosis system, and my technician was Adam. I’ve had Adam before and he’s the best! He did an excellent job installing the spout on my sink. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also extremely personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend both Rayne Water and Adam for anyone considering water treatment services.
