Huge thank you to Wisam, our AAA driver with Rancho Bernardo Towing, for helping us out in Rancho Peñasquitos today. What could have easily turned into a stressful situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him.
Our engine splash guard had come loose, and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to drive safely. Wisam took the time to really assess the situation, came up with a solution on the spot, and secured everything so we could get back on the road without worry.

Molhlis was prompt, super courteous, and clever to solve an unexpected problem to safely and carefully load our car on the truck. Thank you! If we ever need this type of service again we know where to go.

Ahmed was fantastic. Our 99 Corvette shift cable had failed and we could not shift it out of Park. Ahmed came with his well equipped tow truck, lifted it up, got it on the street, started in drive and escorted me to Poway Transmission. He took extra care about safety and the car. Outstanding service.
