Great service provided by Ali, our tow guy. Made sure the car wasn't getting damaged and got us home safely and helped to get the car positioned where we wanted it at home. Couldn't ask for more.Highly recommend.
I had spent 2 hours cleaning out my van with the doors open last week after moving into my new home. I ordered a pizza and when I was ready to leave to pick it up, the van wouldn't start. I called AAA and to my delighted surprise, Hamid from Rancho Bernardo Towing arrived within minutes - much quicker than AAA dispatch had estimated.He was wonderful! My car battery went dead while in a doctor appointment. David Garcia was our technician. He arrived in 15 minutes. Found us in the parking garage. David was friendly courteous and quick. I am totally satisfied!
