His level of experience and knowledge gives me comfort to know that the care of my teeth and gums are in the best of hands. Chau is a superb hygienist and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Crown fell out Sunday night. Call Monday morning and they got me in at 12: 30. I needed a new crown. Dr. Chi made it right there and I was on my way home at 2:15. Fit perfectly, not even any bite adjustment and I did it all in one day Thank you

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ghandehari (Dr. G) at Rancho Bernardo Dental Arts for about 11 years, and I can honestly say he is the most trustworthy, professional, and skilled dentist I’ve ever had. Over the years, I’ve had everything done—from routine cleanings and X-rays to fillings, crowns, and even tooth extractions. Every experience has been consistently excellent.
Dr. G runs a modern, state-of-the-art practice, using advanced, computer-controlled equipment and software. One of the things I’ve always appreciated is that he can create a crown right in the office, so there’s no waiting for an outside lab. The results have always been precise and high quality.
His staff deserves just as much praise. They are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable.
Most recently, Dr. G discovered a serious issue with my two front teeth—internal resorption. Even though I wasn’t in pain, he urged me for quite some time to get them extracted before they failed unexpectedly. I hesitated, because the idea of losing my front teeth felt traumatic. But after the X-rays showed things were worsening, I finally followed his advice. I’m glad I did—during the extraction (performed by an oral surgeon), one tooth actually broke. Dr. G was right: I was on borrowed time.
He recommended placing one implant to achieve the most natural aesthetic result for my front-tooth restoration. I was nervous about how everything would look—your smile is so personal—but when he finished the work, my fears disappeared completely. Not only did he restore my smile… he improved it beyond what I ever had before.
I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. G’s honesty, skill, and dedication, and for the amazing team at Rancho Bernardo Dental Arts. Thank you, Dr. G, for giving me a smile I’m truly proud of!

Always an easy experience at RB Dental Arts! What I like most is that they have all modern equipment with the latest technology making checkups/cleanings efficient and never painful. Night-guard measurements are digital which saves time and without any gooey mess for molds. They also have a machine that makes crowns in the office so no hassle with temporary crowns. Dr. G and his team treat everyone warmly and never hesitate to take extra time when you have questions about your teeth or gums. One important aspect is that they’re very flexible when it comes to appointment scheduling, which is extremely helpful, especially for families that have kids away at college who are only home for a short periods throughout the year. They also have a great professional referral network with endodontists and oral surgeons when you have an unexpected injury to your mouth while playing sports. Since they treat patients of all ages, they seem to be very familiar with the many types of injuries or accidents that can occur to both kids and adults and they always follow up to ensure that you are healing and comfortable.
