It started with a leaky garbage disposal that need to be replaced. That leak caused mold and moisture between the walls(not good). Quick Dry was recommended by the plumber. Sergio came out to the property, did his assessment, contacted me and explained every step of the process in a very professional manner. He was able to answer my questions and assured me he informed the tenant of the process of getting rid of the mold, and drying out the area in question. The next day, Robert brought out the dryers and set them up in the areas that were wet or had moisture. I had water leaking from my second floor into the downstairs bathroom from a broken pipe. Robert came out the same day I called. He was very professional, knowledgeable, he identified the problem, and explained the next steps after his inspection. Robert was very easy to work with and his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
We had a devastating flood from a burst pipe and Sergio Sanchez was able to come out that same day and get the equipment running immediately. He monitored daily and was always available for questions. Also, Dave Weaver was amazing at helping us navigate the insurance process and helped explain what was to be expected. I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing flood services.
