A few months ago my neighbor flooded her place that leaked into my garage. “ SHE” ended up calling this company and they saw an opportunity to make a quick dollar and rushed to my garage explaining to me it needs to be dried out ASAP. Vincent fed me lies saying that everything was going to paid by my neighbors insurance ( since she was the one that called them). I’ve never had this happened to me before so I had no clue how things worked and now I learned my lesson. Anyways a month later I get a letter in the mail by Dave with a bill for $3500 plus , so I called and Chris told me not to pay this because it’s just a invoice for my records. Now today August 19, 2025 I am being told that since they can’t collect from her insurance I am now liable for this bill and if I didn’t pay they were gonna file for collections. So for the last few months I was lied to and now being harassed for payments, also telling me I was given a discount for $2625, this was for two fans a humidifier for 3 days , it would’ve been longer because they didn’t want to remove them until I told them to remove these asap because I didn’t know how much this was going to cost. They ended up charging $99 just to pick them up ( complete rip off). So without knowing I was being charged $800 plus a day for these fans. After demoing my garage ceiling I found out there was no need for these fans because it was a metal farming and this company charged more than the company I used to remove all the drywall that was damaged. I HIGHLY advise everyone to stay away from this company because they will completely rip you off without you knowing until it’s too late.

Be aware, this is a scam!!! They are trying to charge my home insurance more than 4k for a job less than 900dlls. They don’t want to settle and they want to sent to collections. Also they call me asking for a credit card number with no invoice, just make a partial payment???!!!! Do not use this no matter what !!!

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE - AVOID QUICK-DRY FLOOD SERVICES I cannot strongly enough recommend that all homeowners avoid using QUICK-DRY Flood Services for water extraction and remediation unless you enjoy overpaying for poor service and being threatened with collections when you contest inaccurate invoicing. We recently had a plumbing leak in our kitchen that resulted in water damaging drywall and cabinets. At the recommendation of our plumber, we engaged QUICK-DRY Flood Services to perform water extraction. I contracted QUICK-DRY to install fans and a dehumidifier in the kitchen to begin the drying process but became concerned about their approach when they started recommending removal of more drywall than seemed warranted based on moisture readings. After receiving estimates for demolition services that were higher than normal, I ended our contract with QUICK-DRY. After which we received an invoice for $3,928.29 for the use of 3 blowers and 1 dehumidifier for six days and for technicians to take moisture readings for 4 days. In carefully reviewing the invoice, I noted that I was charged for work and materials that were not performed and was double charged for initial equipment set up hours, including an emergency service charge, equipment set up time, and then monitoring/extraction time all for the same 2-hour time period. They attempted to charge me for disconnecting a refrigerator when I moved the refrigerator for the technician without disconnecting it, gloves and masks that were never worn, HEPA vacuuming that was not performed, floor protection that was not installed, and haul away of debris that was not performed. When contesting the charges and requesting a revised accurate invoice, QUICK-DRY was only willing to remove some of the incorrect charges, were slow respond to repeated emails and phone calls, and threatened us with collections even though they had not accurately billed for work performed. In the end, I decided to pay a revised invoice in the amount of $3,585 so as not to waste further time and energy with this company. In contrast, I hired another restoration company, Restoration Solutions, that was able to perform the removal of damaged materials and cabinetry, install a containment area, and use dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area for a much more reasonable fee of $1,520, as compared to an initial estimate by QUICK-DRY-recommended company of $2,400 plus the equipment and monitoring charge from QUICK-DRY of over $3,900. I share this story for the sole reason of helping other homeowners and property owners reconsider engaging QUICK-DRY because even if our insurance companies are willing to pay high prices for remediation services, it is much better if we can avoid this company and others like them to help control our collective insurance costs and premiums.

It started with a leaky garbage disposal that need to be replaced. That leak caused mold and moisture between the walls(not good). Quick Dry was recommended by the plumber. Sergio came out to the property, did his assessment, contacted me and explained every step of the process in a very professional manner. He was able to answer my questions and assured me he informed the tenant of the process of getting rid of the mold, and drying out the area in question. The next day, Robert brought out the dryers and set them up in the areas that were wet or had moisture. Robert explained to the tenant the necessity of the dryers and they would be there 4 days due to the weekend. Both Sergio and Robert showed professionalism, integrity, knowledge of their craft, and their communication skills were excellent. Both Sergio and Robert are assets to the company and make great ambassadors. The office staff, Ivy and Celia were professional and very patient with me in getting all the correct papers signed. Isaac Saucedo, owner of Quick Dry Flood Services offered his expertise, knowledge, professional staff and pride he and his employees all have in their individual work areas making me comfortable that I chose the right company to fix a drippy wet problem. This is a first rate small business company that I recommend. I received first rate customer service and the knowledge the work was being done in a timely fashion.

My advice is stay far away from Quick-Dry. Dealing with this dishonest company is an expensive nightmare. It was not enough for them to charge exorbitantly for minimal work. They also tried to bill me for multiple services they did not perform, then became verbally hostile when I asked that they remove these false charges. In Aug 2024 I had a sudden, unexpected pipe leak and the plumber referred me to Quick-Dry. This made a stressful experience far worse. To make a long story short, after my insurance denied my claim Quick-Dry sent me their invoice. Their charges were outrageously high for merely placing a single dehumidifier in my home and "monitoring" the moisture over 9 days. Quick-Dry was never clear about their costs upfront, as they kept saying homeowner's insurance always covers pinhole leaks (which is incorrect). Not only were Quick-Dry's charges way higher than I ever expected, their invoice also contained numerous false charges, including work they did not perform (apply anti-microbial, vacuum exposed framing, haul debris) and materials they did not use (6 N-95 masks, 12 pairs of gloves, floor protection 150 sq ft). These fraudulent charges added up to almost $500. I have since spoken to others whose Quick-Dry invoices similarly contain numerous false charges. They also stalled on removing their dehumidifier, yet charged me for the extra day (another $147.01) even though I asked them to pick it up the day before. They also charged something called "overhead and profit" (an additional $688.38), which to my understanding did not apply, since no construction services were performed. (The company I hired to replace Quick-Dry did not charge this.) They also charged a "fuel surcharge" of $75 per day for 5 days. And they applied their "overhead and profit" charge to this, for a total of $450. (The company I hired to replace Quick-Dry did not charge a fuel surcharge.) When I asked Quick-Dry to at least remove their false charges, their customer service person became verbally hostile and refused to "negotiate" with me and my insurance company at the same time. I said I'm not asking to negotiate, just that they remove their false charges. She refused. After I sought legal counsel, Quick-Dry ultimately agreed to adjust their invoice. I highly recommend shopping around before hiring a company of this kind. Also check the BBB for complaints. In retrospect, I question why the plumbing company pushed me toward Quick-Dry. I certainly won't ever use that plumber again. Not only did they give me the horrendous advice to use Quick-Dry, they also happened to have by far the most expensive repair quote of any plumbing company.

I had a bad experience with this company. They did an OK job with my leak, but that was it, and they were absolute scammers when it comes to dealing with your insurance. My advice, stay away from these guys, file your claim and go with the company your insurance recommends. Your life will be easier and you will be treated better. See below for my experience: 1. The first guy that came was super nice. He reviewed the area to see how far the water was, installed some dehumidifier and marked areas for demolition. 2. Then the demolition guys came. I had a discussion about how far they would break because there was no need to break everything and leave me without a kitchen. They were not happy about that and asked me to call their boss. I did and after I agreed with him (5 minutes later) I went to find them outside and they were gone. A few weeks later they tried to charge my insurance for 4 hours of overtime work saying that I wasn't ready for them. Not only that was a lie, but I took about 10 minutes to empty whatever was left. 3. All this time, they kept telling me and my neighbor (the leak was my neighbor's and inside a common wall) to wait for the plumber before filing the claim. When i finally made the claim, my adjuster told me he wasn't sure they would be able to pay because he had to look before the demo to see if it was needed. Luckily, that went OK. 4. After the demo, they recommended a repair company to rebuild that was even worse than them and quoted me $35K to do the repair. To compare, the company my insurance sent charged $10K including new countertops. 5. When I finally made the claim, they asked the insurance about $10K for their work, which my insurance told them no way and ended up paying them about $4K. 6. Today (a couple of days after approving the adjusted payment), I received a call from them which they said was a "courtesy call"telling me that it was about to be 30 days since the start of the work and if I didn't pay them before that, it would affect my credit. I told the person that I had already approved the payment. The person proceeded to tell me that I could consider paying them my deductible, which is pure BS because the insurance had already sent them the full payment and they knew I was not supposed to pay them the deductible. I hanged up, called my adjuster and found out that the payment had cleared the day before. Overall, avoid this guys!

I had water leaking from my second floor into the downstairs bathroom from a broken pipe. Robert came out the same day I called. He was very professional, knowledgeable, he identified the problem, and explained the next steps after his inspection. Robert was very easy to work with and his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
