Install technicians jacked up our brand new cabinets and counters, we had to cover up and mask it to not be directly visible in the room. Had to move the system a 2nd time, was told by a rep they'd waive the fess for the move, otherwise the system would have stayed where it was, but accounting ended up coming after us for charges for the move anyway - finally gave in and paid it because of their collection efforts and unwillingness to honor what was told.

Fantastic team to work with... they service us at the American Lung Association & have top-notch service, excellent representatives & a team that works hard. As soon as we found out about their services, we dropped our old provider fast. The water is clean, tasty and we get TONS of compliments on it daily.

This system is awesome! It's the best tasting water that I've ever had and it's a great way to do something positive for the environment (no plastic bottles). It's also saved us a lot of money... compared to what we were spending on bottled water. The employees of the company are very friendly and prompt to respond to my needs. I'd recommend Pure Water Technology to any business who is looking to provide drinking water to their employees or customers.
