Been using Pronto for years, they are very good and professional people. They respond fast whenever you need them within an hour they'll be there. From snaking pipes to replacing water heaters these guys do it all. They are one of the best plumbers I've dealt with in San Diego County.
We were surprised that we had a leak so these guys came to our unit last Thursday. Thursday was just to let us know about the leak and our neighbors were the ones who had the flood. However, due to the leak coming from our unit and it was underground, it became a big undertaking. There were 6 men who worked on the plumbing issues. I took all their names down because they worked for a very long time on our unit. They first had to kill the line underground then had to install new copper pipes. They also had to set up the work area and cleaned up after. I like that they were considerate and did not want us to be inconvenient longer. So it was pass 8:20pm more or less...read full review
I have used Pronto Plumbing since 2018 to renovate our two bathrooms and kitchen. The office staff and technicians have always been polite and helpful when we have needed help!
We recently had to use them due to a leak in our house and we didn't hesitate to call them back! We currently have renters in our property but I am thankful that ALL communication was between the technicians, office staff and I.
They explained what needed to be done and waited for OUR APPROVAL/DECLINED instead of continuing the work. Again thank you for the great customer service!
