We contracted with Price Builders last year to build a Granny Flat (~800 sq ft) located on the side and front of our property. We had used a designer/architect from another firm who made the initial drawings. We met with to several builders to get preliminary estimates for duration and price of the build. We are so very happy we selected Leo at Price Builders! Leo and Einat were able to resolve some of the “other” designer's mistakes and redesigned the bathroom to use the limited space much better. Used Price Builders to complete our 1300 sq ft addition and remodel a couple of years ago and I cannot say enough about Leo and his team. They were professional, courteous, respectful, responsive, and completed our project on time as promised. Leo is no nonsense - he tells you what he can do, how much it would cost, and he prides himself on quality craftsmanship. I have recommended him to a number of friends who have also used him. Another friend decided to go with another well known local design build firm that we also got an estimate from. They are 6 weeks behind schedule and have no communication with their project manager. We have used Leo (Price Builders) to remodel our last 3 homes. He is an incredibly honest, efficient and high quality builder. His pricing and practices are the best. He has exceeded our expectations on all occasions. A close friend used a bad contractor at a discount and it resulted in a horrific situation that resulted in the loss of his home. We feel so fortunate that we've always been in safe hands with Leo at Price Builders! We will be moving on to another "fixer upper" soon and look forward to working with Leo in the near future. Good luck with whomever you choose to work on your house. I can vouch for Leo as a determined, honest, reliable, expert contractor.
