I'm honestly so disappointed with the service I received. I brought in a brand new pair of pants, expecting professional care, and instead got them back visibly damaged with strange creases and marks that were never there before. These were unworn, high-quality pants, and now they look used and poorly handled.
What makes it worse is that we had clearly agreed on a price beforehand, yet when I came to pick them up, i have to have a firm discussion with the manager to honor that agreement and tried to charge more. No accountability, no real apology--just excuses.

I was disappointed to learn at pickup that this dry cleaner charges higher prices based on the brand, not the fabric or care required. A 100% silk blouse should be priced consistently, regardless of the label. The price increase is significant too, I had a silk designer set dry cleaned and it was almost double. This policy was not disclosed beforehand, which was frustrating. I will not be back.

I had a disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. When I dropped off my long suit, they inspected it and initially quoted me $10. However, when I returned to pick it up, they suddenly asked for $20. When I questioned the price change, I was told it was because the suit was long.
This was very unfair, as they had already seen the suit at the time of drop-off and gave the estimate based on that. Changing the price at pickup without informing the customer in advance is not acceptable. Pricing should be transparent and honored as quoted.
