My long search for a surgical artist, beyond professional and technical competence, was over when I found Dr. Alexander.
He REALLY listens and communicates with fun and clear allegories, using restraint to achieve natural and restorative results. I had learned to live with a deep scar on my forehead. He worked some creative magic and now it is barely visible. Didn’t think possible! What a difference.
The office lobby and operating theaters feel boutique and well equipped.
Staff is divine, each great at their job. Not a troop of over-injected ‘Barbies’, which was a turn off for me interviewing other places.
The facials by Courtney in the adjoining spa clinic are also superb and now a service both my daughter and I continue to enjoy.
Highly recommend to even my most cherished humans.

Dr. Alexander truly changed my life. I had a breast reduction about seven months ago at age 23, and it was my first time undergoing anesthesia. He took the time to walk me through everything and reassured me in such a genuine, caring way - approaching my fears and questions as though I was his daughter.

He is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive to detail. The facility is beautiful, and the front desk staff are always welcoming and efficient. Appointments run on time, often even early.

It was time to replace my implants of many years ago and I wanted to go smaller. I decided on a breast reduction and Dr. Alexander did a BEAUTIFUL job. I could not be more pleased. In addition, he performed a tummy tuck at the same time. Again, he did a BEAUTIFUL job. He explained the surgeries so well and he has the absolute BEST bedside manner as does his entire staff …from front desk to the surgical staff. Dr. Alexander is a true surgical artist. I wish more stars were available because I would give him 10.

Dr. Alexander is an exceptionally skilled surgeon and one of the most caring and personable physicians I have ever met. I am in my mid-60s and one month ago I had multiple procedures. During my initial consultation, Dr. Alexander explained clearly how a face ages and how each procedure he recommended would reverse those effects. During my pre-op, he and his caring and talented staff explained very clearly how to prepare for the surgery and what to expect during the recovery period, so there were no surprises. Dr. Alexander scheduled me for several post-op appointments during the first week and regular ones during the following month. At my appointments, he anticipated all possible concerns and completely reassured me. One month after surgery, the results are already stunning. I look 15 to 20 years younger. I am so happy that I decided to have the surgery and that I chose Dr. Alexander.

I am just delighted with Dr. Alexander’s work on my almost 70-year-old face. The decision to have plastic surgery did not come easily to me, but I felt so bad every time I saw my jowls and big neck in the mirror. He wasn’t the first plastic surgeon that I consulted, but I chose him because of his reviews, and he really took the time to explain the process to me. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon, but he is a very caring, personable doctor. Also, the other surgeon that I visited had a key staff member working for him who had very unrealistic features in her face and I really wanted a natural look. Well, I got it!

The best investment I could have made in myself. Dr Alexander over delivered on his promise to take 10 years off my face. I am 69 and live in an over 55 complex when someone asked how I was old enough to live here.
