I am just delighted with Dr. Alexander’s work on my almost 70-year-old face. The decision to have plastic surgery did not come easily to me, but I felt so bad every time I saw my jowls and big neck in the mirror. He wasn’t the first plastic surgeon that I consulted, but I chose him because of his reviews, and he really took the time to explain the process to me. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon, but he is a very caring, personable doctor. Also, the other surgeon that I visited had a key staff member working for him who had very unrealistic features in her face and I really wanted a natural look. Well, I got it!
How nice it is to see 20 year younger looking me again when I look in the mirror. I keep thinking, I remember her!

The best investment I could have made in myself. Dr Alexander over delivered on his promise to take 10 years off my face. I am 69 and live in an over 55 complex when someone asked how I was old enough to live here. I look like me without any “work” yet the bags under my eyes are gone - lower bleph and my neck looks amazing. No pain and back to being in public with makeup in 2 weeks. Dr Alexander and his amazing team made this so easy. Highly recommend his work.the photos are two weeks after where I was still a little swollen and the day before the surgery. I had a deep plane quick lift- neck lipo and the lower bleph. What a difference two weeks can make.

I am 62 year old recently retired ER nurse. I have always led a very healthy, active life. I had a tummy tuck and additional love handles removal by Dr. Jordan Kaplan on June 4, 2024. The procedure went really well, and I look great! I can now wear clothes I really couldn't wear before, and I am so happy! Dr. Kaplan is so attentive, professional, and easy going, and is very talented. The staff at Alexander Cosmetic Surgery are also so nice and helpful--also very responsive! I love this practice and will come back for a face-lift at some point.
