I was in and out quickly. All the staff were so kind and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but i have to leave one for Sophie!!! She was so sweet and patient with me she was literally the best.
Had a whole appt at 930 showed up early one other person in waiting, she called me back about 15 later and left me sitting in the exam room til 1055. I came out to the front desk because I assume they forgot about me. Why are you calling me back just to have me wait over a hour for my provider. My appt was at 930 for a simply check up and it's 1108 I'm still waiting. What is the purpose of having an appt. I understand a 15-20 min waiting/checkin period. But over an hour is so excessive. I would not have someone waiting in the exam room for that long, is unprofessional to scheduling time.
I love this company and I love this location. The people are quick, thorough, and kind. They always make sure you are comfortable, they verify your identity multiple times, and make sure everything will be confidential if you need. For a STI screening, it’s as simple as going to the bathroom and self swabbing. Then they prick your finger for HIV and swab your mouth. The questionnaire they do before your appt is very very inclusive for LGBT people and they clearly know what they are doing. I would choose here over going to a OBGYN any day. I had a MUCH better experience then going to a private practice.
