The staff was friendly but, I had an appointment at 11:10 that i was 12 minutes late to and i get it.. i was late so it is my fault. but the reason i was late was completely out of my control so what could i have done? they said they couldn’t see me because they were super backed up and to come back when it slows down around 1:40/2. almost 2 1/2 hours later when i was only 12 minutes late? my younger sister had an appointment here a few weeks ago and was 10 minutes late and got seen, and she and my older sister both were told this location takes walk-ins but maybe that’s only on slower days? because if you take walk ins and i was 12 minutes late, not being seen/being told to come back 2 1/2 hours later seems a little unfair :(. especially when all i had was an infection would have been a 10 minute conversation max and some prescription antibiotics. and i know most planned parenthood’s have a 15 minute grace period and i know it’s varies depending on the location but as i said my younger sister was 10 minutes late and still was seen. I get i was 12 and that this may have been a busier day but it’s just not fair to turn some patients away and accommodate others. it should just be one set rule.
Not sure why this location has a bad rating. I’ve been coming to the Sarah Weddington PP since college and I always choose this location over the others. The staff here are awesome. Friendly and informative. Really know how to take care of patients! Extremely thorough process from start to end. They’re not contracted with my insurance, but the out-of-pocket wasn’t bad at all. Highly recommend!
I was in and out quickly. All the staff were so kind and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but i have to leave one for Sophie!!! She was so sweet and patient with me she was literally the best.
