I have been going to Rosaria at Picasso's for the last 8 years. She is awesome and does an amazing job with all my different colors and cuts. She is sweet, super personable and really cares about making sure you get exactly what you want. Her cute shop is very cozy and quiet. I look forward to my appointments and always feel pampered. She never rushes or hurries an appointment and takes the time needed. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Rosaria for all you do!

I get compliments every time I get my hair done! Rosaria does beautiful highlights, she listens to what I want to do, and always has good suggestions when I want to change my color or cut. She did a half-do for my wedding that was a perfect fit for me and my dress. Picasso's is in a great location across from Old Town. She cares about her clients and about the quality of her work.

I've been going to Rosaria for many years. She cares about her clients. She will make it happen if possible. Her shop is nice and small which is great for privacy. It's quiet and you don't have to share your space with anyone. Definitely make your appts in advance. This is not a walk-in place.
