I gotten a recommendation to go to this place . Kinda skeptical. Caved in becuase le knows what she's talking about very knowledgeable in what she does a perfectionist really. This beauty salon is soo underrated and city Heights Gem. Perm came out 10/10 definitely will be coming back.
