We updated all of our windows and also ordered bi-folding doors. Nick Fracchia was responsive, thorough, patient, communicative, and professional for the entire several month process, despite the supply chain issues and the fact that we had made multiple changes to our specifications during our order. His customer service is top notch and I highly recommend him. While our windows were being installed, we were missing a box of window trim, which Pellco let us 'borrow' on the same day as installation so that we can finish our project, and they worked it out with the manufacturer to get reimbursed.
