Have worked with Matt and Tony on multiple window replacement projects and I keep coming back for more! Not so much a glutton for punishment but rather I’ve enjoyed the excellent detail, workmanship and quality of my Pella windows. And the team of Matt and Tony are unbeatable. Blaine came out and gave my mother in-law a quote and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. Other companies we had out were high pressure and spent the entire time talking bad about other manufacturers. Blaine was different, he walked us through the different product lines that Pella offers and showed us samples. Most importantly he offered a reasonable solution to our situation vs just bad mouthing everyone else. We have yet to make a final decision, but Blaine has been very responsive and is actively answering all of our questions and concerns. 10/10

Had a great experience with Pella Windows Tony Pelayo and Matt Eckerman. The windows are great, and the customer service is exceptional! I have these windows in my bedroom, family room, and kitchen, and they are the best. There is no comparison in quality also that is why we chose Pella! 3rd time using Pella to replace 33 year old doors & windows. The team (Matt Eckerman & Tony Pelayo) do an outstanding job ensuring that the replacement adheres to the original style of the house while upgrading efficiency and durability. They were also extremely patient as I worked with our HOA to get approvals - I never felt pressured or ‘upsold’. I’m glad that we chose Pella!

Pella came through for us and removed and replaced a utility door in a historical condominium complex in Palm Desert. Several previous attempts with other companies were unsuccessful. Matt Eckerman at Pella did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process and made sure that all timelines were met. The installation team was professional, courteous, and detail oriented. We appreciate Pella for doing an outstanding job on a project others seemed unwilling to take on.
