This morning I returned to the North Island NEX Pearle Vision office to resolve an issue with my new glasses. I was helped by Masiyo, who went above and beyond to make sure she understood my issues and promptly came up with a solution. She answered all of my questions, while being kind, patient and courteous. I truly enjoyed working with Masiyo, as she paired kindness with professionalism. I will definitely be returning when I need another pair of glasses.
My repair was done so quick, even tho I was a walk in with no appointment , the service was very professional, they provided information on all new products , Michelle was excellent, I would not just recomend , I will be a return customer. 5 star review ...
