I’ve been having massages with Shane for a few months now and I always leave super relaxed and feeling great! Recently my back was very sore so I made an appointment and she fixed it right up and I feel so much better. She has this crazy ability to know exactly how much pressure is needed and backs off or pushes harder if needed. I’m always amazed at how she does it.
I’d never done cupping before but tried it here and had a great response! It feels super weird and like nothing I’ve ever experienced but it moves the muscles in ways they’ve never moved before. I’d recommend trying it at least once to see how your body responds.
