Aldrin, the tech that serviced my water heater was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. He came across as very honest and went out of his way to get the parts needed so that we could have hot water tonight as we were going out of town and would have had to take cold showers before our trip. Thank you guys.

My water heater was leaking on Sunday… I called and they scheduled me for Monday. On Monday they called to say the tech couldn’t make it and someone would come on Tuesday between noon and 2. Again I was called because the tech was detained at the previous job. When Rick arrived he seemed knowledgeable and on top of things except he didn’t gave a 40 gallon tank which was what I needed. So he is supposed to come tomorrow to install a new tank… until it’s done I’m not sure about recommending this company. I’d recommend Rick as he seemed to be doing his job. Rick arrived within the stated time frame today and installed a new water heater in less than 2 hours....read full review

Rick was fantastic, he came and discussed everything that I thought and he showed me which was correct and he was able to replace everything right then and there. Pricing was good and he walked me through how to utilize everything when we were done. Definitely would recommend for future.
