Expected job to be done at 8 am but ended up getting delayed due to lack of manpower available so job actually finished up around 2. Had to haggle a little bit on price after being told I would save about $1000 from previous bid when repair man came. Ended up saving about $500 from previous bid. They treated with us with professionalism and courtesy at all times and made every effort to get us back ‘up and running’ as quickly as possible. They came to look/diagnose early the next day, determined we needed to replace which they did the following day. The Technician they sent (Jerry) was excellent!
