We had such an outstanding experience working with Jeremy. Our HVAC recently went out and we had a number of technicians from other companies diagnose and recommend repairs that were ultimately not needed. Kind of like going to the dentist and being told you need a root canal when all you need is a cleaning. Jeremy not only took the time to explain the bigger picture, but made sure that we understood all of the little things in between (as well) so that we could make the most informed decision for our home repair. He saved us thousands of dollars and ultimately a tremendous amount of time and resources that would have gone into unnecessarily replacing our system. We had a great experience. Had an emergency during a San Diego heat wave. Our AC completely stopped working. Patriot air was very accommodating and fit us in to their busy schedule to fix it ASAP. Our normal AC repair person wasn't available for at least a week. We will use this service from now on. Very reliable, honest and quick. We are all cooled down now and could not be happier ;)
