We purchased shades and draperies 6 years ago. Our kitchen & entry door roller shades had small issues with the cord. I contacted Pacific Drapery last week and yesterday Ivan came to our home and fixed both issues. Customer service is 100%! Thank you Cathy and Ivan!

Her knowledge from pleats to tassels, lighting, to design. She is the go to. Ivan is also amazing at telling me where I want my measurements for each room. Every drapery is different. It is an ART and they nail it. They have done all my Children's nursery's. The quality is incomparable and my kids sleep peacefully in a perfect blacked out room.
