Orkin’s personnel are always right on time. They work efficiently and I love having the service. It makes a big difference on our patio and patio furniture. Those pesky spiders want to nest everywhere! I like the text notifications for planning purposes. Overall I receive great service, am happy with the results and highly recommend them.

The techs are great. It is the super visors I have issue with. Last week a tech was suppose to be at the house between 10:00-12:00 Finch lane in San Diego, I called at 11:55AM found out that the tech called in sick. I have no problem with that. My problem is NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I asked that a supervisor get ahold of me. It has been 1 week no response from a supervisor. Was rescheduled for today, I did call to verify someone would be responding. . They did, great job. Requested again for a supervisor to call. No response yet. As far as I am concerned the supervisor threw the tech under the bus last week.

Paul was very knowledgeable about the pest issues going on at my house. I was comfortable that the chemicals he is using for the ants is pet safe. He helped me have a better understanding of how best to treat the other pest issues as well. Highly recommend
