Ogden's Cleaners & Laundry is a business located in San Diego. The owner and staff, including a woman named Helen, are known for their exceptional care and consideration towards their customers. They provide high-quality cleaning services and are able to handle large orders and tight deadlines.
One customer had a bottle of red wine explode in their suitcase, causing all of their clothes to be covered in wine. Despite it being a holiday weekend and other places refusing to take the order, Ogden's Cleaners & Laundry was able to immediately start working on the clothes and had them cleaned and ready by 8am on Monday. The customer was shocked to see that even their white shirts came out as brand new.
Another customer needed their clothes cleaned last minute for a very important meeting in NY and was flying out the next morning. They were able to catch Helen as she was locking up and she generously took their items and managed to turn them around quickly. The customer was able to pick up their clothes on their way to the airport and the meeting went great.
However, there was one instance where a customer trying to charge their phone near the entrance was yelled at by the owner. Despite this, the overall consensus is that Ogden's Cleaners & Laundry provides excellent service and is highly recommended for those in need of quality cleaning.
In summary, Ogden's Cleaners & Laundry is a business that provides high-quality cleaning services, with a focus on customer well-being. They are able to handle large orders and tight deadlines, and are known for their exceptional care and consideration towards their customers. Despite one instance of poor customer service, the overall consensus is that Ogden's Cleaners & Laundry is highly recommended for those in need of quality cleaning services.
They saved my favorite pants! A friend returned my beige trousers with black stains and even though we didn’t know what the stains were they were able to restore them like new! It also only took three days I am so impressed and would recommend them to anyone!
The best dry cleaners. I've been coming here for years to clean festival clothes. They are also amazing at alterations. I thrift clothes and have them alter them to fit me. They fit everytime.
I’ve tried to give this place three chances. The first time, they didn’t repair a pocket on a coat I wanted fixed and I had to come back. When I came back, it was sort of sewed up but a hole remained. Today I picked up a different set of dry cleaning and the price was $8 more than I was quoted. One man who works here is friendly but the other does not say hello and comes off as very judgmental. There was lint on the back of my coat. I will look for a different place.
