We hired Ocean Flooring and Construction early last year to build a family room onto the backside of our home in Oceanside. The contractors that did the actual build did a great job, we have been very happy with it. The book keeping in this company is a big problem. My husband insisted that they give us copies of the receipts as they were incurred throughout the build so he could track them on a spreadsheet. We did this because we found that we were being charged for items that were not correct; such as tools and duplicate purchases. Recently had a medium renovation by Ocean floor and Remodel. Stuart was able to get us started and helped us update a ton of things around our house, plumbing, electrical, got rid of wood paneling, installed a dishwasher, stove, lighting, complete bathroom remodel, I could go on. His price was completely fair and I’m happy with the amount of work we got done. If I had to complain about something it was that the communication between the different workers wasn’t always there. For instance, the wrong paint was used in the hallway, but the actual workmanship was good for everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Did a search on Angie. Of the 5 recommendations, they were the only one that contacted me. And they did so within 2 hours. Replace water damaged wood laminate flooring. Find leak under slab and fix. They were exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, polite, hard working, dedicated,creative, careful and most important, they protected all the household furniture and antiques.
