I had an amazing first facial experience at Seoule K-Beauty Skin Lab! Esther was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The space was very clean and relaxing, and afterward my skin felt deeply cleansed, smooth, hydrated, and noticeably brighter. Esther truly cares about her clients and gives honest recommendations without making you feel pressured. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.
