Today was my first visit to Nova Nails Spa since moving to the area. The salon itself was very clean, relaxing and had a ton of nail colors. Today I just needed a cut-down, fill, and a basic color. I requested to be seen by Tracy and was not disappointed. I am particular about my nails and also cut very easily, which has given me a few infections over the years until I find the right person. I explained my situation to Tracy and she was kind, very patient, and detailed. She did a beautiful job with my nails, was careful (no cuts!), and I am thrilled. I found my go-to salon and nail technician...yes! Thank you SO much Tracy, I’ll see you in a couple weeks! ?
Created my own design with Chat GPT and went to Hana at Nova Nail Spa to bring it to life. She helped pick all of the colors, skillfully color matching, and enhanced the design with suggestions to creature more contrast and bring through the fun neon yellow (Trendy's Hot Summer) across each nail. The manicure service was clean and well done, including gentle removal of my previous gel mani. They were able to accommodate my schedule and gave great service in a little more than an hour (at my request for speed, as I had to go pick up the kids.) Love the results and will be back!
This is my favorite nail salon I have ever been to. I've been coming back for years and Abby especially, is so skilled in everything. She's amazing with her attention to detail! I highly recommend her and this salon. :)
