I can't get through on the phone, can't get medication that is prescribed, can't get an appointment within three months, can't get a physical completed that I started 4 months ago, can't get my paperwork to complete a screening process... not sure what this facility CAN do.

If you have an appointment with a flight doctor, expect to be seen an hour to 1.5 hours past your appointment. So ghetto

Won't even try to make an appointment unless its at 7am, or after 12:30, awhile back i was involved in a motorcycle accident and the doctor refused extra pain meds and refused to look at the wound, I went to an urgent care immediately after that and was prescribed pain meds as well as antibiotics as I had an infection. Avoid this place if you can.

Walked in to get care for concern on ongoing issue and was turned away. I was told that my concern wasn’t an issue and to go home or work. They said if it was serious, go to ER. Then they proceeded to change my reason of visit and made me wait an hour a half with no communication. Everyone else came and left.

Place needs to be investigated. The amount of times they dodge work entirely is insane.
If its a Friday they straight up unplug the phone, if they don't feel like taking a call they just hang up on your repeatedly.
People need to get fired here..

The worst medical facility i have ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs. You are nothing but an annoyance to these people.
Literally had a lab ordered to pee in a cup. The hours posted for the lab are until 1500. Im night check so i came in at 1430 and chief Lee and a nurse basically told me im too late. And i need to come in at 0700 the next day.
There was no line. I was the only person there. They couldnt find the time to give me a cup and piss into. But the navy has no issue making life hell to give them drug testing samples. Way to go.
Update: it's still the worst medical facility. Why is it taking 3 hours to fill one prescription.

Unbelievable. I’ve never seen such laziness and incompetence in a medical clinic in my life, and as a retired military veteran, I’ve been to some subpar places. My son had a laceration and severe stinging on his foot after being at the beach, and the staff (all four people we encountered there) just stared blankly at us. We were finally told to go to Balboa ER, which is completely backed up, and the staff there were shocked NOTHING was done for him at the clinic. Avoid this place at all costs.
