Ive tried calling all day and every time i get a busy signal, as if the phone has been left off the hook... on the times i do get through the automated system doesnt always work. I can't always hear the messaging system causing it to hang up on me... what a fine navy system.

I know this review doesn’t mean much because this is probably your primary health care provider and you have NO CHOICE but to go here first. The Navy really needs to step up their game with health care because honestly this place is a joke. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment that’s not 3-4 months out and they always suggest just going to the ER. I really wish we were better taken care of. It’s honestly just sad.

What a fu$&@ and shitty way to do business...we are using one of the worst and oldest way to do scheduling because of the convenience for the people working the desk or should I say the incompetent ones so am including all. Violation of PII DOD ID listed in the front window for everyone to see. Time slots fill up super fast and if you fasting for 12 hrs todo blood work will suck it up and continue to drink water and black coffee since this is allowed. NO Department LCPO or DH to talk to but an E6 which is great because she even disagree with the slot system created by some incompetent employee who has no vision or shortsighted to say the least. BASE XO where you at? Keep cutting services and increase wait times while hiring a mob mentality employees
