Brought in my old laptop. The young man in the front was very honest and suggested that it would not be worth being repaired. I appreciate that because they could have made some money but decided to be honest. This is a trustworthy shop.

Just brought my MacBook for screen repair, apparently a common issue for many users.
I found Mr Cheng online and decided to call him after several other business to understand the price difference.
NC tech was nearly $150 cheaper than other shops, that’s crazy.
Very kind on the phone, I brought my laptop next morning and 3 days later, laptop was brand new again, cleaned. Great service, efficient, great communication.
