I want to thank my car accident attorney Brad Nakase – the funniest and honest lawyer ever. Brad is the guy next door and the guy you love to hand out with. Smart as a whip. If you don’t listen closely, you will miss his clever humor intertwined with his legal opinion and laws. He explains personal injury law and car accident laws so that it is not boring and easy to understand. But don’t let his humor fool you. Brad went to jury trial for my case because the insurance company didn’t want to pay the full amount. All State Insurance put up their most experience lawyer against Brad. At the end, the jury came back with a unanimous verdict in my favor! Yaas!

I was blown away at the excellent service at this motorcycle accident law firm! My brother was on his motorcycle on the 56 East when a semi-truck merged into my brother’s lane, causing my brother to crash into the center divider. He was in the hospital for over a month with multiple broken bones and fractures, and extensive rehab. My family called and met with several lawyers, but all those lawyers saw dollar $$$ signs from my brother’s motorcycle wreck.My mother said her friend highly recommended attorney Nakase. Best car accident lawyer in San Diego! My mom hired Mr. Nakase several years ago. My previous personal lawyer was a joke and didn’t know how to handle my spinal cord injury from a t-bone. My mom suggested I call Mr. Nakase so I did. When I met Mr. Nakase at his office, his office was super clean and modern. His staff was very friendly and accommodating.
