This was by far the best waxing experience I've ever had. From the minute I booked the appointment Susette was already providing exceptional customer service. I made a mistake and she rectified it even though it was an oversight on my part. When I arrived, she explained the products she used and why. She even took time to check some ingredients for me. I've only been waxed by one other person so naturally it was a bit nerve-wracking to start over with someone new, but Susette made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
